About Me:

Hey Brothers, I am a Wildland Firefighter, a men’s group facilitator, husband, dog dad, friend, son, and far from perfect. I am working to be my best self everyday and some days I fail and that’s ok. Doing the work is hard when you are mindfully present in it. It is far easier going through life floating through. That is not the life I want, so I choose to continue doing the work knowing I’ll have days I fall short. Tomorrow is a new day and a gift to try to be better in the work. Growth starts once you step past your edge of comfort. I have a support system that I am so grateful for.

What is one thing you hope every participant takes away from their time in the Brotherhood?

That when you leave through the doors after a circle you know you are not alone. That there are men showing up and working through all the hardships, the unexpected’s, growing in vulnerability and supporting one another.

Jessie Dailey

I bring an academic background in psychology, geography, and entrepreneurship, complemented by a lifelong devotion to philosophy, mythopoetics, poetry, and music. As a songwriter and student of story, I use creative expression as a powerful tool for emotional processing and connection. My approach to facilitation is rooted in curiosity, grounded presence, and a commitment to growth—for myself and those I walk alongside.

What is one thing you hope every participant takes away from their time in the Brotherhood?

Men are allowed to feel and we’re not alone in our struggles. This is your chance to get closer to yourself.

I hope every participant leaves with a deeper sense of personal accountability—owning their growth by recognizing and releasing the stories, excuses, and patterns that no longer serve them.
